Forest Fire Patrol: Securing Carbon Integrity, Protecting Nature
Fire prevention and protection are fundamental to the success of the Sercova Project.
The Sercova Fire Awareness Community (MPA) team, consisting of Strata Pacific, community, and the Forest Management Unit (KPH), conducts regular field patrols. These efforts enable continuous monitoring of high-risk areas and early detection of potential hazards.
Our Fire Awareness Community (MPA) Team consisting of Strata Pacific, dedicated local community, and Forest Management Unit (KPH) conducted reguler patrol to monitor high-risk area in Jembatan Basah, Rukun Jaya, and Wailola villages.
At Sercova Project, keeping our forests safe from fire is our top priority. We believe that a fire-free forest means a healthy environment for the plants, animals, and communities that depend on it. By protecting our forests from fire, we are not only preserving biodiversity and everything that lives there, but also securing the climate benefits and carbon credits that our project represents.
